I really wanted to like this app. It's a great idea. But out of the gate I had issues with error messages for simple things like changing the title of your community. There is no FAQ, so every time you have a question about anything you have to email support. But they do answer in a very timely manner. There are so many little issues. They don't have notifications (a dealbreaker for a lot of my customers) or a mobile app. There is no way that I can see to add a new topic. The banners glitch (like Twitter) so you have to figure out a proper size on your own (their recommendation is great for mobile but terrible for desktop). On and on and on. I feel like this is a very new app that might do better as time goes on. However, I need something that is finished, particularly if I'm going to be paying for it.
