The issues are not major, but the frequent display glitches are a bit concerning. That said, the support team is always quick to respond, which I truly appreciate! I run a fan club, and the community features have become an essential part of the fan experience. They help strengthen the bond between fans and boost overall activity within the community. I'm truly grateful for that.

Haven't had chance to get the app up and running yet but so far I like it and I must say the customer service is amazing! They were really helpful and kind by helping me out with a request.

The Mega Community Team is very timely and thorough in their responses. Whether from their direct support team or developers, multiple issues have been resolved. As I build my platform to host my communities, so far I have needed assistance with changes in fonts, themes, integrations, navigation's, etc. The issues have been resolved and I am excited to keep building on the platform.

This community app is by far the best one I've installed onto my Shopify store. The backend is very easy to navigate and the support team is phenomenal when it comes to problems and even future feature requests. I look forward to all of the updates they have planned in the future!

I really wanted to like this app. It's a great idea. But out of the gate I had issues with error messages for simple things like changing the title of your community. There is no FAQ, so every time you have a question about anything you have to email support. But they do answer in a very timely manner. There are so many little issues. They don't have notifications (a dealbreaker for a lot of my customers) or a mobile app. There is no way that I can see to add a new topic. The banners glitch (like Twitter) so you have to figure out a proper size on your own (their recommendation is great for mobile but terrible for desktop). On and on and on. I feel like this is a very new app that might do better as time goes on. However, I need something that is finished, particularly if I'm going to be paying for it.

I highly recommend this app because their customer service is awesome. This app was easy for me to install and straight forward to use. It works and looks great on my website. My favorite feature is that only people who pay to access it are able to see what's in the app. This means if protects digital products from those who don't pay. It also has a way to make these free so that people can access it with an account or without an account. I set one up so that way it looks like a sample so customers can have an idea of what the paid version would be like if they got it. I also like how it's customizable. It is a good competitor to facebook and shares many of the same features. It's also reminiscent to reddit. I feel like I have complete control over my own sub reddit using my website. I looked at all the other apps that have these capabilities. And this one by far feels like it's the most advanced.

Simple app with lots of potential. Very active developers releasing regular features and always willing to help out with bespoke customisations. Highly recommend and excited to see where it goes!
