We ended up paying $900 in excess charges to Meta because Zoko never clarified that Meta decides the final category of messages. During onboarding, Nishant himself connected our order confirmation flows (clearly a Utility use case) but Zoko failed to flag that Meta had reclassified them as Marketing. They had every chance to catch this, yet kept us in the dark — a costly miss that shows poor guidance and accountability.

We've worked with multiple WhatsApp CRM's and finally landed on Zoko. It's been quite easy and straight-forward to use. We're also extremely impressed by their prompt customer service, which played a huge part in leading us to continue using Zoko. While there is a reply-to-message feature on Zoko, it doesn't show up as a reply for the client but more like a new message with their text copied on it. Although, I understand that Meta restricts a lot of features to be completely identical to WhatsApp. One suggestion I would also give is to incorporate the reacting feature to messages through Zoko, and also be able to see what reactions customers are leaving on our messages. Would be nice to have it mirror WhatsApp's features as closely as possible. But definitely it's the best, most convenient WhatsApp CRM we've used so far!
We use Zoko for WhatsApp campaigns in Kazakhstan. Here it’s very difficult to work with Meta and Google due to regional restrictions, but Zoko filled this gap perfectly and helped us. Now we can easily send campaigns and reply to them through the WhatsApp API set up by Zoko. In the future, we plan to connect Instagram and try out chatbots as well. 1-1 customer service as never seen before. I've never experienced such a customized one-to-one customer service like this. Also, they are developing an app with great potential. I would recommend for stores that need to automatize their sales machine through WhatsApp.
