Took a couple of hours to set up and train the AI, but it's exactly what I was looking for (and more actually!): a GPT-wrapper with live chat widget embed, that can be trained based on your product/brand. Really cool. Customer support is good too - cheers Hazel!

Audrey provided exceptional customer service. She was very patient, maintained a positive attitude, and effectively resolved my issue.

About 2 hrs into the set up and 5/5 so far. Integrations with Shopify is great and it comes with a chat where you can chat directly with their team. Hazel has been the rep who has been helping me here and there and shes been amazing. Highly recommended!

So far so good! What sets this app apart is APRIL! Wow. I had just launched and realized my chatty wasn’t fully set up. She was so diligent. So professional. So patient. My goodness April has the patience of a saint! She treated me so very kindly and repeated the same thing in many ways until it clicked. She’s a credit to the app and a reason to stay!!

As a free plan App, it has all the tools required to keep the conversation going with the customer. Additionally, the Q&A (FAQ section) offers customers a quick glance at the important question you can personally outline. This is a very helpful reference guide. The customer support is quick to answer (thank you Sonny) to provide details to integrate the software. We have not used the AI tools yet, but the 'quick answers' feature allows you to preprogram an answer to a common question.

A really good app, which is very comprehensive even on the free plan. I highly recommend the app, and if you have any questions or problems, you'll get help really quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Sonny, who went through everything with me in no time and fixed everything.
