I found the app delivers excellent value even with the free plan. The team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions. I had read reviews saying support for free plan users was lacking, but my experience was much better than expected. Several support reps assisted me during the trial, and Hana stood out as especially helpful.

I'm using Chatty to assist with my online customer service, and the AI has swiftly resolved most of my customers' inquiries. I'm very appreciate to Hana. There was an issue with URL responses, and with her technical help, I resolved this response problem. The function is awesome.
