The interface of the app is very user-friendly. It took me less then 30minutes to install it. Big shout out to the amazing customer service from Hana. Would highly recommend to anyone!

He was very friendly and sent screenshots of all the steps i needed to take, so i was able to do what i needed to in a really swift manner. Only just started using the app so i can't review this just yet, but i'm giving 5* based on the excellent customer service i received from Charles :)

I've been impressed by the robust features Chatty has across the app. I found it while searching for solutions to add a neater customer FAQ page/help center to my site and ended up being surprised by how well developed its full customer-chat widget was. The ChatGPT integration for better automated customer support is a bonus. Plus, all these features are available on the Free plan, and the paid plans seem quite reasonable should I need to scale to add more support agents.
