We deal directly with the owner, who listens carefully to customer concerns. The only issue for now is that the app is currently only functional in our primary market – it’s not yet available in other markets (countries). We're hopeful this can be addressed by February/March 2025. For this reason, we're giving a provisional 4-star rating, which we’ll gladly adjust once the expansion is in place.
