After starting with 800 tokens, only 200 are left after 20 days.
It seems tokens are being consumed simply by the Assistant activating itself - even though no conversation took place. Something appears to be wrong with how tokens are counted. There were only two real customer conversations, with three questions and responses in total. Leaving just the branding visible - the AI badge - and turning off the “Callout” should be a solution, preventing token usage for automatic Assistant pop-ups (Widget settings - then Branding Settings - turning off “Callout”). The Assistant itself is a great feature, the AI responds well made by HeiChat, but these token consumption inconsistencies are discouraging and make continued use questionable.
