The support of Chat Breezes is great and responsive. Jason helped us resolve all the technical issues with detailed explanation. We have tested Chat Breezes that can integrate both Shopify and WooCommerce to quote the product catalog when replying message in various platforms. We can also view images and videos in Chat Breezes too. We don’t need to access different social media accounts or whatsapp separately, but can see all client messages in one single place at Chat Breezes. We look forward to the Whatsapp Cloud API that can let us connect to more than one Whatsapp account via QR Code. Great job !! Keep up the good work !!!

Its platform links all of my customers’ communications into one inbox. Chat Breezes automation rules and tags do all of the heavy lifting for me to stay on top of my messages. Tags help me to categorize my messages. Automation rules do the work for me. With them I can: send automatic replies, mark conversations done, or reply to comments. If making my life easier wasn’t enough with the ability to integrate my Shopify catalog, it can increase my sales by offering direct links to the products my customers are looking for.
