Chargewood turns every chargeback into a finished, evidence-backed response before its deadline — built from the order behind the disputed payment, fulfilment records, buyer details and the same customer's earlier undisputed orders. Submission is automatic on every processor Chargewood connects to. On Shopify Payments it is manual: submitting needs a permission Chargewood does not hold, so it hands you the finished response to send from your admin.
