I had already left a one-star review, but I deleted it because they refunded me and promised things would be resolved. Unfortunately, I’m back because nothing has changed. Chargeflow offered “no charge until December 31, 2024”, but they kept charging me even after I deleted the app in January. Now it’s April and I’m still getting charged €90–€100 every month, with no clear explanation. In 2025, I only won one chargeback, so I have no idea where these fees are coming from. Stay far away from this app – it’s misleading, overpriced, and dishonest. I will do everything I can to report them to Shopify and make sure no other merchants fall into the same trap.

We have had the app installed for a few months now and have not seen a difference aside from having the task "automated". Win Rate over a 6 month period is still at 0%. We do have a business model that Chargeflow may not be familiar with along with multiple factors outside of immediate control. We do appreciate having 1 less task but was hoping for better results. What we would love to see is Chargeflow go back through all the lost/disputed orders that were actually fulfilled and try to get some quick wins (if at all possible) from those.

Lost over €1,000 in just one week because of Chargeflow's inability to respond to disputes on time! This level of negligence is outrageous and completely unacceptable. The fact that I have to deal with these disputes myself shows how unprofessional this service truly is. I demand immediate contact with someone who can take responsibility and provide the support I need. Your lack of communication and failure to act in a timely manner is costing me money and causing immense frustration. This cannot continue.

Definitely better than nothing. I have over 1 year using this app and the customer support and their service has gone to sh**. In the past 3 months I've been charged for fake alerts, my RDR alerts have automatically closed chargebacks in favor of the clients and I have been disenrolled from alerts without my permission just because I asked if it was possible to be disenrolled from RDR and not ETHOCA. Every time I have a problem with them, they treat you as crazy and you need to send evidence of each case and explain 10+ times. It appears as they don't speak English. Their ETHOCA service works fine and their chargeback report submit to the bank works fine as well.

I'm extremely disappointed with Chargeflow. Initially, they made a significant error by submitting contradictory information in response to a chargeback dispute, causing me unnecessary stress and of course, a lost dispute. To make up for it, they promised the next dispute would be handled free of charge. However, when the next dispute occurred, they still charged the standard fee. It's now been weeks of back-and-forth, and I'm still waiting for the promised refund. Communication has been poor, promises have not been kept, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this app or service based on my experience.

horrible hidden fees. Edit: Now after I have ended it with them they harass me daily. When I say please leave me alone they say not until this review is taken off. They have put my phone number and business on scam calls. Horrible

Terrible and Misleading Service Chargeflow turned out to be an incredibly disappointing service. Their sole approach seems to be filling out pre-made PDF templates for chargebacks, with no attention to detail or consideration for the client’s actual needs. They just submit the documents, hoping to win a few cases here and there, but there’s no sign of professionalism or expertise. Additionally, if you don’t closely monitor your billing, they sneak in extra charges or unjustified fees. They offer "discounts" that might seem appealing at first but are just a way to mask hidden costs. On top of that, they submit chargebacks without having all the necessary details, significantly lowering the chances of success. An experience to forget. I would not recommend Chargeflow to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent service.

This might be a scam. It’s hard to say because lack of transparency. They do not give a clear breakdown of fees. I emailed them recently asking for of which orders accounted for a recent charge of $1515.96. After a week no reply. A sent another reminding them. Still no reply. That’s why the word scam is coming to mind.

This company just double charges me twice the same chargeback 2805,36$ !! Crazy, I have to escalade to shopify billing team to get a refund. I suggest to avoid this company.

Not a fan. Ive lost more chargebacks than I've won. What they do is the same thing Shopify does. You are better off just getting a flow app and blocking high risk orders instead of getting chargebacks. don't waste your time

I would not recommend not using Chargeflow, mainly due to quality issues . And I have other concerns as well. Specifically, I just noticed they took about $5600 in 3 months. But when I add up the won chargebacks it’s less than $4000, so they should have taken less than $1000. I am asking Shopify Plus support to investigate. And much worse than this potential overcharging problem is that the quality of chargeback response writing to too often quite poor. For example, recently the Chargeflow staff submitted a response to a credit not received chargeback for approx. $2000 and staff completely ignored the fact that we return only the cost of the product and we don’t return the cost of shipping and handling. I complained about it 4 days ago by email, and my complaint has been ignored. So my 3rd reason for the one star review is they don’t appear to value their customers at all as they simply ignored my complaint. Disappointed and looking for better app.
