STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. They continue to charge you for alerts even after you disconnect from their service. Terrible customer support. They ignore questions and do not answer properly. Their UI is also not great, the transactions don't even show full customer details, so you won't be able to track the orders from shopify to double check transactions and cross reference them. Time to search for another app, most likely chargeflow or something similar.
