Compared to other apps we've tested, Chargeback.io feels more streamlined and purpose-built. Some apps try to do too much and end up being cluttered. This one sticks to one thing, stopping chargebacks and it does that better than anything else we've used.

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.

Very friendly, very fast and very efficient service. Perfect partner if ypu really wanna scale your business. They always listen and come up with a great solution. Can only recommend to work with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. They continue to charge you for alerts even after you disconnect from their service. Terrible customer support. They ignore questions and do not answer properly. Their UI is also not great, the transactions don't even show full customer details, so you won't be able to track the orders from shopify to double check transactions and cross reference them. Time to search for another app, most likely chargeflow or something similar.

Great and fast onboarding, saved my payment processing and we are still scaling! Great CX in general!
