A basic software issue took 36 hours to respond; the response I got was it's not resolvable. Amandeep seemed not remorseful and extremely lackadaisical in his attitude. The issue was as basic as OTP not being triggered.

Not only have I seen our RTS (return to seller) rate drop considerably, but they also offer lots of different features and some of them I'm looking to implement too.
