I was struggling with fake COD orders it was messing with my brand and I was wasting a lot of time and money on it. After switching to COD King and enabling partial payment, things changed. Most of the fake orders stopped because customers now have to pay 10% upfront to place a COD order. Huge thanks to Salaj for helping me out late at night and to Pankaj for helping me set this up. Everything’s running great now. COD King is honestly a game changer highly recommend it if you're facing the same issue.

I have come back to edit my review, as this company really does work to keep you happy, one of the best companies I have had the pleasure in dealing with to be honest, especially so far on Shopify. There was an issue, in my country and with the local carrier which they reached out to and have been able to fix, all within 24 hours, even I cant get things sorted out with the companies in my country that quickly. So I had to update this review to reflect this, their customer support is really very good and you will not be disappointed with the service they offer you. This from someone who only reviews when I think it is truly deserved. Thanks COD King and keep up the great work.

Worst app experience ever lost money and customers This app is a complete disaster for any serious online business. It forced OTP verification before customers can even add items to the cart, making the website feel like a scam page. Every OTP triggered costs $0.54, so even if someone is just browsing or adding items without buying, I'm losing money. On top of that, even customers who are ready to pay with card are confused because OTP is asked way too early long before the checkout page. This is a terrible user experience that destroyed my conversion rate. Their customer support is completely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. They take no responsibility for the damage caused. Avoid this app if you care about your store and customers. It will hurt your business.

I am not the first time user, I used it on multiple stores and I must say given the COD and fake order situation of my country this is the best solution to counter our domestic fake order problem. Secondly the staff is very cooperative and professional, that is the key thing I have used some other apps too in the past and the problem was the support culture, I used to wait for hour to get a response, but here with this app its the matter of couple of minutes.
