Unmatched support — Dovydas is unreal Ka-ching Bundles is already a fantastic Shopify app. It looks insanely clean on my website and fits perfectly with my design. But the real reason I’m leaving this review is because of Dovydas. Dovydas went way above and beyond anything I expected from app support. He didn’t just answer questions, he literally coded my website to work exactly how I wanted it to. Custom changes, design tweaks, fixing things that weren’t even directly his responsibility, he handled all of it with patience and precision. I’ve worked with a lot of Shopify apps, and I can confidently say this is some of the best support I’ve ever experienced, period. Dovydas genuinely cared about getting everything perfect, and it shows. If you’re considering Ka-ching Bundles, know this: the app is great, but the support (especially Dovydas) is on another level. Absolute no-brainer.

We use this app for a total of 4 stores, and it's by far our most valuable app. We needed some custom edits and IEVA helped us fix it in no time! Can highly recommend this app for anyone that want a intuitive and profit-generating bundle app with no hassle.

Amazing app with great functionality to set up a range of different bundles and offers. The A/B testing feature is incredible and such an easy and efficient way to keep incrementally testing to improve AOV and CRO. Support team is also great - I received fantastic help from Ieva who custom coded a feature for me upon request in under 10 minutes. Genuinely couldn't rate this app any higher - it's an absolute must have across all my stores.

Customer support is not giving their all to solve my issue with their bundles not showing up as they should for specific markets. They just redirect me to Shopify support without providig clear instructions to Shopify what the issue with their app might could be. A bit disappointed tbh
