I had problems with this application, and the default swatch selection function is not working correctly. Although the interface shows the correct color, it actually adds a different color to the cart.

They deceive you! I had put a negative review because I gave them access to my store and without my permission they posted on my theme in live something that created a bug on the store without permission. They kept writing me so that I could cancel my review by offering me 100% discount of the app through a discount code. I accepted the discount, deleted the review, and right after the first month I see in my shopify billing there is their $59.99 plan. On top of that putting the 100% discount code doesn't even give me the option to change the plan because the app is supposed to be free. Be warned. There are so many apps that are the same and similar to this app that don't cost that much

Be Careful. They lost me money! Instead of going to the next tier of plan when I hit my threshold they removed the app from my landing page. This resulted in customers not able to purchase and me wasting all my ad spend. Why not just have the app automatically go up tiers as your customers hit the revenue limits? You lost me around $200 today.

Almost never works properly, the support team always assumes everything is functioning. You cannot adjust prices if you want to sell in different countries. Even if you set percentages in the market settings, the app does not work.

The cap on amount of revenue you can make with the quantity break is the biggest flaw, there is no auto upgrade, they turn it off instantly the moment you cap and all traffic has no way to purchase, this caused me to waste over $1300 of advertising dollars sending traffic to a broken product page, very ignorant on not thinking about a better solution for users who go over the limit instead of shutting off their bundle break..

Avevo un bug e ho presentato il problema all'assistenza. Ho il piano da 59€ e gli ho chiesto molte volte il perché si presentava quel tipo di problema. Mi é stato risposto piú volte che non lo sapeva. Prima di dare l'autorizzazione al mio negozio Shopify ho chiesto al supporto di non cambiare nulla sul mio negozio senza il mio consenso. Subito dopo 10 min mi ha cambiato delle impostazioni generali del mio negozio, sia sul codice che la grafica del negozio. Davvero pessima assistenza. Peccato perché l'applicazione é carina
