As a Shopify store owner managing time-sensitive promotions, reliable and timely support is essential. I was attempting to stop an active B1G1 promotion and enable bundle-only options — tasks that directly affect my store’s revenue and customer experience. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I urge your team to improve communication, provide accurate wait-time updates, and ensure customers are acknowledged promptly.

I haven't really used it in practice yet but my first impression after setting up the initial bundles is that this app looks really good and works well with my store, even across multiple variants.

Jacob was absolutely amazing. So so helpful and saved me hours of work in a matter of minutes. He really embodies what good customer service is all about! Also Dovydas was super helpful!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Allows you to build custom bundles and upsells that are displayed in a way that makes it easy for shoppers to buy with limited friction. One of the BEST things about Kaching is their support team. Seriously fast responses and true 1 on 1 guidance from Erikas helped us customise bundles and understand all of the different features within the app. Erikas even jumped on our store and made one of our bundles for us and explained everything in detail. Will be using their apps for sure and hope Erikas stays with the team!
