Comprensibile che molti utenti siano incentivati a lasciare un feedback positivo una volta ottenuto l’accesso gratuito. Durante l’uso dell’app, però, ho riscontrato un problema: all'attivazione, apparivano codici strani su tutta la pagina prodotto che scomparivano dopo un secondo. Questo dettaglio poteva allarmare gli utenti, dando l'impressione di un sito poco affidabile. Quindi, ho contattato l’assistenza per risolvere il problema, ma le risposte sono arrivate con lentezza, lasciandomi in attesa per giorni e senza fornire una soluzione concreta. Assistenza poco tempestiva e poco professionale. Non mi era mai successo che il supporto di un'app mi portasse a considerare un’alternativa, perchè non in grado di risolvere il problema. Davvero deludente.

I shopped around for the best app for Volume Discounts. I really liked this one but wasn't able to add enough bundle discounts. I reached out to support and they took care of me. I was frustrated trying to figure this whole bundles thing out but the customer service helped me in every way possible.
