The customer support of kaching bundle is simply a disaster! I spent over two hours talking to two customer service representatives about my problem, trying to find a solution. However, none of their customer service representatives could understand what I was talking about. I repeated many times that my product's landing page was made with gempage. The gempage template did not add the bundle component, but the product's landing page still displayed the bundle. They would send me articles for me to read by myself, or keep asking me to turn on the switch of the bundle app in the theme, and even check the gempage template to see the configuration of the bundle. Oh my god! I finally broke down!

I have never ever had a good experience with Shopify apps regarding customer services. This customer service is amazing, they answer quickly and assist you! And the best of all is that they do not talk like robots where you have to guess if you are talking to a human or a fridge. But with Eligijus and Deividas I had no doubt I was talking to a human.
