Customer service is terrible!!! It's been 2 weeks since installed the app, trying to resolve the issues we had with it and still it's not over. Every time i contact support, they answer after hours and sometimes it's not even a sufficient answer to resolve anything. I found out that customers redeemed offers from this app even though it wasn't live. I also installed their subscription app which created every order to be automatically subscribed every 2 weeks!! I contacted their support and no reply yet!! It's been hours and I see the agent live on the chat.

Erikas was absolutely amazing! Super fast replies, clear explanations, and went above and beyond to help me set up my bundle exactly how I wanted.
