I was attempting to stop an active B1G1 promotion and enable bundle-only options — tasks that directly affect my store’s revenue and customer experience. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I urge your team to improve communication, provide accurate wait-time updates, and ensure customers are acknowledged promptly.
