Be Careful. They lost me money! Instead of going to the next tier of plan when I hit my threshold they removed the app from my landing page. This resulted in customers not able to purchase and me wasting all my ad spend. Why not just have the app automatically go up tiers as your customers hit the revenue limits? You lost me around $200 today.

So far so good though I thought it might have some more expansive abilities like creating bundles from single items and then keep inventory track of the base items.

Was having loads of issues with another bundle app. Moved across to Kaching. Jonas helped me with setup and everything is working great

Almost never works properly, the support team always assumes everything is functioning. You cannot adjust prices if you want to sell in different countries. Even if you set percentages in the market settings, the app does not work.

Great app, I use it for all my shopify stores. Customer service is great. Especially Paulius, he went out of his way to help me with a tricky problem I was having with discount codes.

L'application en soit est plutôt bien mais Par contre ils m'ont piégé avec leur facturations a l'année, sachant que la boutique je les crée juste pour l'été je me retrouve payer 119€ alors que j'aurais du payer juste 2 mois 14,99€ très déçus sachant que j'ai changer le mode de prélèvements a mensuel mais il ne l'ont pas pris en compte je suis dégouter je recommande pas du tout vous pouvez chercher d'autre alternatif des applications plus honnêtes et impossible de joindre le support

I've tried many bundling apps, and this one is by far the best. The way they process the discounting in the background is the cleanest. You won't need to create extra bundled products to make it work, and the discount tab remains clean. The support is also very helpful. I 100% recommend it.

Really happy with Kaching app. Was easy to integrate, use to make my product bundles, and looks the best. It’s simple for customers to use and understand as well. I tried many apps and non delivered what I wanted like Kaching. Great pricing too, all the apps add up, so it’s great that they have affordable plans.

The cap on amount of revenue you can make with the quantity break is the biggest flaw, there is no auto upgrade, they turn it off instantly the moment you cap and all traffic has no way to purchase, this caused me to waste over $1300 of advertising dollars sending traffic to a broken product page, very ignorant on not thinking about a better solution for users who go over the limit instead of shutting off their bundle break..

It helped me boost my revenue when I launched the next products for my store. Crazy fr. Can’t think of working without it anymore

Avevo un bug e ho presentato il problema all'assistenza. Ho il piano da 59€ e gli ho chiesto molte volte il perché si presentava quel tipo di problema. Mi é stato risposto piú volte che non lo sapeva. Prima di dare l'autorizzazione al mio negozio Shopify ho chiesto al supporto di non cambiare nulla sul mio negozio senza il mio consenso. Subito dopo 10 min mi ha cambiato delle impostazioni generali del mio negozio, sia sul codice che la grafica del negozio. Davvero pessima assistenza. Peccato perché l'applicazione é carina
