Super customizable! I have an art shop and I wanted people to be able to bundle specific size variants in a gallery starter set and this app is perfect for that! User friendly and fast customer service. I needed some random customizations and they were able to help me make those changes to get the look I wanted!

Their support is a little slow because they're in a different time zone, which usually takes the next day to resolve items. As long as you have patience with the setup process, I think you will really like this program. Make sure to use their customer service, as they offer customization options that you can't do.  With this program, you can only do bundles. If you want to do price breaks, there is another program by the same company. The only problem with this is that it gets a little expensive. In my opinion, both these programs should be together.

Ajay was incredibly helpful with a free 1-1 support call to make sure everything was set up right. I checked a bunch of these types of apps and Easy Bundle is by far the best.

The support is very slow. The chat indicates that they're online, but most of the time, they do not respond, or if they do, it might be the next day. Try setting up an appointment, and it's 3-4 days out. We have about 15 different apps, and I must say, this one's been the most frustrating one to set up. The app appears to be able to do what we're looking to do, but I'm not quite sure when we'll be able to set it up.

Would not recommend. Support has been very disappointing—currently stuck on a 4-day delay with nothing but automated bot replies and no real assistance. I was even offered an upgrade to a higher-tier plan for faster responses, yet still no reply. To make matters worse, the app itself is slow and buggy. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and have generated over $100,000+ sales through it. You would think that level of commitment and success would warrant quality support—but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.

This app is an excellent choice for complex bundles. It’s feature-rich and handles advanced rules and conditions. The interface is well thought out and easy to customize. We had no trouble applying our own CSS to get the bundle page looking exactly how we wanted. On top of that, the support team was fantastic. They helped with setup, quickly implemented a feature request in under a day, and were great to work with on support calls. We tested quite a few bundle builders, and this one was one of the best.

This app has it all! So happy to have found it. You can create all sorts of bundles, including full page ones, which look really good. It has a bit of a learning curve, but I think it's worth it. Customer support is really good too!

I've had the handsdown best guidance and assistance from this team out of any app I have used! The UI allows you to really adapt it to your brand. Very happy.
