Hazel in customer support was incredibly helpful in onboarding me. I've chatted with various customer service agents, but Hazel is the first person who has actually been helpful. If I wasn't already sold on BON due to ease and pricing, I would be after Hazel's help.

The customer service is timely, helpful and friendly. Any problem you have with it they can help you solve! (and we're on the free plan). Mia has been helping me and she's great :)

The interface is easy to use, and you'll find most of the options you need for a loyalty app. Support is excellent; I had several positive interactions with Hazel. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Absolutely love this app! We switched over from another loyalty app, which had very limited features and was very expensive. It didn’t perform the way we wanted and didn’t allow us to build customer loyalty the way we wanted. We decided to switch over to BON as it had more features and was more affordable. Maxxie and Mia were absolutely amazing and provided the best customer support! They were able to resolve issues we had and help us customize the app the way we wanted. General customizations were free, and more complex customizations had an additional charge - however, it was very reasonable. We are so happy and excited about using this app, and have added to all 4 of our stores! Highly recommend.

We've just installed Bon, their customer service has been great with helping resolving any of our issues and quickly. Other loyalty programs are all incredibly expensive but Bon has everything we needed and such a better price than others

Highly recommend! Since we started using this app, the CS team (Hazel, Sophie, Cara, Tracy, Maxxie, Elliot, Anna, Chelsea, etc.) and the Development team have provided timely support whenever needed. They consistently update the app with new features, which greatly assists merchants in managing their businesses and customer relationships more effectively. Pretty straightforward to set up. I ended up having to go for a paid plan because it had far more customisable options. The queries I had setting it up were dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would recommend and hopefully it will be a successful reward and loyalty app for my store.
