We got onboarded to bitespeed for our chatbots on both instagram and meta. The transistion of this was very clean and there was no issues. A great team if any help is required. Bitespeed is a great app for retention marketing. It’s easy to use and has really helped us reach out to our customers on WhatsApp. The analytics is also equally good. The support team is very helpful and always quick to respond. Only downside is the pricing , it’s quite high and could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses. But overall, it’s a very useful tool.
