This app "optimizes" your site by freezing your Facebook Pixel and Tags. They only load after a user clicks, which means you LOSE vital PageView data. I was wondering why my Pixel vanished. It turns out Avada blocked it just to show a fake high speed score. Totally unacceptable for e-commerce.

Pricing is completely unrealistic for local stores. Avada sets a global price of $35/month, which might be fine for US/EU stores — but for small local merchants in countries like Egypt, it’s extremely high. They offered only 3 months with a discount, and then the price jumps back up. This feels like taking advantage of small stores instead of supporting them. If Avada wants to keep merchants like us, they should introduce regional pricing or a permanent discount, not temporary offers to hook customers then increase the price. I hope they reconsider their pricing model, because right now, it pushes small businesses to uninstall the app. أسعاره غير مناسبة إطلاقًا للمتاجر المحلية. سعر 35 دولار شهريًا مناسب للمتاجر العالمية، لكن على متاجر مصر مثلنا يعتبر مبلغ مبالغ فيه جدًا. اعطوني خصم 3 شهور فقط وبعدها يرجع السعر يرتفع—وده يعتبر استغلال للمتاجر الصغيرة بدل ما يكون دعم ليهم. لو عايزين يحافظوا على العملاء لازم يكون في تسعير إقليمي أو خصم ثابت، مش عروض مؤقتة وبس.

App continuously redirected links that weren't broken. No warning, no reason, just redirecting links without permission or notification. This effected product visibility and SEO tremendously. Any SEO changes that were applied to metadata or descriptions were never reflected to search engines. Quite literally the worst SEO tool I've ever used. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews.

After you finish optimizing your store, you still need to pay monthly subscription because when you stop, it will revert everything the way it was before... From my point of view this is a scam...

My support experience with “Nim” was frustrating. Even after several requests for quicker replies, responses arrived after long gaps. I shared my checklist and screenshots and asked what else I should do, but I didn’t receive actionable, step-by-step guidance. On a paid plan, waiting this long without results isn’t acceptable. I’ve wasted time; I’m canceling my subscription and uninstalling the app. I hope response times and the quality of guidance improve.

Warning! Please read before installing. I installed this software and then uninstalled. But my shopify meta data did not restore after uninstallation. I followed the (complex) instructions given on uninstallation guide but still could not restore my original meta data. There is no way to reach App developer, they do not respond to email, their contact us and live chat button don't work. Not sure how to restore my meta data

35 bucks on an AI SEO optimizer for images is NOT worth it... It's WAY too much money. I am seeking a new app asap.

EDIT: As noted by Avada below, the “addition of a lightweight include snippet” appears to use logic that searches for files like theme.liquid or index.liquid. In our case, we had a file named theme.liquid.readme containing critical documentation for custom code changes. Unfortunately, this file was overwritten by Avada, which led us to uninstall the app and share our experience in a review to help inform other users with custom code setups.

I tried a free trial of this app and it did not support what I needed. After contacting support I was advised if I installed the app I would not be charged. My account was billed for the 34.95 even though I uninstalled the App the same day it was installed.

Disappointing Experience with Avada - So far, my experience with Avada has been disappointing. Things started well, but everything went downhill when one of their developers attempted to fix an issue. Instead of resolving it, they made a coding error that changed all the text, headings and product templates across my store. While this was eventually fixed, the error has left my site with ongoing speed issues. Even with their best attempts, performance has not improved, and my site is now slower than it was before I started using Avada.

I have no idea how this app has so many positive reviews, on this basis I installed it. However, I do not recommend it. Since installing it on Thursday, my website has crashed and I have lost many of my page 1 rankings on Google. It's now Sunday and I have uninstalled it! I can only hope my website recovers soon!
