I've had a good experience so far, Christian was very helpful and didn't need much explaining to get to the solution. I have to wait a couple of days for the work to be carried out but I am optimistic everything will be sorted as per my request.

As an SEO novice with very little experience, I am testing the app for a week to see how it works. So far, I'm very impressed with the UI and ease of use, not to mention Pamela's hands-on help with several updates already.
