You are not always so blessed to have an agent like herself, unfortunately not all customer service agents have the skill, depth of knowledge or even care that she has. per me non sono seri , o avuto e o ancora , problemi con il abbonamento, o usato un altro account ma con lo stesso mio STORE , e li o chiesto di convertire l'abbonamento sul ultimo account, e fanno finta tonti , o prove con i pagamenti, nulla da fare, o dovuto fare un altro mensilmente, sempre con il pensiero che magari reccupero i soldi , buiooooo totale , insomma totale sono 500 euro, non ancora recuperati. ti mandano sti video tutorial e cosi via , e continuano ad avere problemi con loro prodotto , li inserisco nel store , controllando la disponibilita , continua a risultare esaurito, quindi fai figura di merda con i clienti. mi devo cercare un avocato , questi non so cosa stanno combinando.
