i just had a quick question and it got answerd really quick and efficient i love the support from auto ds

The app has 3 tiers with each having 14 day trials, I went to the higher tier within my 14 day trial and AutoDS decided to get rid of my 14 day trial and started to bill me for the full cost. No where in the app does it say that if you upgrade during your trial you will forfeit your trial especially when there's a 14 day trial on all the tiers. Respectfully I should have been allowed to continue my 14 day trial. I shouldn't be charged for anything within the 14 day trial period. Not Happy at all

We’ve been using AutoDS, with some appreciation to it, but once we came across some issues, what we were grateful the most is for Dorian. When it came to truly addressing these issues and getting true Customer Support, Dorina saved the day. Thanks to her coming in the picture to help address every issue and concern we had , we decided to stick with AutoDS and now with real appreciation to it. Dorina genuinely changed our experience and made it so much better. She truly is the face and the voice of the Customer & Customer Support QA Manager, and we wish every company had people like her. Dorina really is going the lengths to help with any issue and she treats you like a real person, not like just another ticket. Every time we reached out to her, she listened and understood the stress of coming across big issues, and did everything she could to help resolve them quickly. She’s responsible, reliable, very patient, caring, and always shows up and follows up to make sure we felt assured we can move forward. It’s rare to find someone in customer support who genuinely cares about your success and peace of mind, and someone who truly shows her passion and love to her work and what she does. We felt supported every step of the way thanks to her, and that kind of help means more than any feature. AutoDS is lucky to have her, and so are their users. We highly recommended her.
