Do not recommend the use of this app or platform. So far, they have taken more than $500 AUD and refused to fulfill my customer's order after multiple attempts to fix this; I had no choice but to be refunded so I could pay my customer back. Auto Ds does not communicate refunds; they take the money. It is best to understand their terms and conditions, which are up to 15%. Still, they took the complete 15%, costing me $150 USD, without making a sale, and then fees from the transfer. It's been the most expensive first experience with this company. Customer service is all over the place. You never get to speak to the same person, so that is where my issue stemmed from. Very frustrating and very upsetting, and I wouldn't trust this platform.

Great app which is a one stop shop for dropshippers

Was charged for free trial period. Considering that did not manage to synchronize app with shopify due to some error. Also scam emails are coming all the time even after unsubscribing.
