i chose to use AutoDs because the price is more affordable than other platform and also i can actually find better sources of products in here. Although i find some processes are pretty slow compare to others, still it is a good one with lots of features

I would definitely recommend AutoDS to people. Products are great. What I do suggest is getting a bit more personal with your customers. Offer something that you can schedule calls or actual 1 on 1 mentorship. The LIVE mentorship program I wouldn't recommend because it takes a while to get an answer, and sometimes they aren't helpful. As well as there isn't a personal touch added into it for example I want to feel like you actually care to help me as a person succeed rather than just doing it because it's a job. Otherwise AutoDS is amazing! Customer care is top notch and with customer care I definitely feel that personal touch and "care".

Very responsive staff and helpful relatively quickly to answer questions. The representative anticipated the answers I would need and went above what I was asking to offer answers.

I wish that it was a little more organized. Overall, it's very easy to understand and upload products directly to your store.

Do what they say they do. Great for helping fulfill via Amazon too.

I would recommend this AutoDs app (maybe). I am a Gen-X so using the App doesn't come easy for me however they have Live chat support which helped me a great deal. Although I wish there was phone support because I'm old school nevertheless my problems were still resolved.
