Their service never worked for me. I ordered and input $800 from paypal to my wallet balance. Despite being on chat support for hours and following all their steps, the orders stayed "in progress" for days. I ended having to cancel them and order them manually from various other sellers completely wasting my time and delaying my customers orders. Then the real nightmare began. I went on chat for hours, and opened up 4 separate tickets, was given several auto responses. All I wanted was refunds for my 3 separate paypal transactions. After days, they finally agreed to refund me, then kept 15% stating paypal keeps 15%. They stole my money and kept insisting paypal keeps 15% for refunds. I know this is a flat out lie since I obviously have refunded customers on paypal knowing they get the full refund. Also, they sent me two payments one in full, and one partial amount. When I did three separate paypal payments to them. If paypal really took 15%, I would've received three separate refunds with 15% removed, instead of one payment 100% refunded and one artbitrary amount. DO NOT USE this service. I wish I could give zero stars.

However, my actual experience was a far cry from the promises they made, leaving me with a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. A Promise of Comprehensive Support, Delivered with Delays and Neglect Enticed by the allure of 24/7 online support, I eagerly signed up for autods.com, believing it would provide the comprehensive assistance I needed to accelerate my dropshipping journey. Unfortunately, this promise proved to be nothing more than an empty illusion. Response times were abysmal, stretching for days on end, despite the urgency of my requests. A Ticketing System Designed for Failure In an attempt to bypass the unresponsive support channels, I resorted to their ticketing system, hoping for a more efficient resolution. However, even this avenue proved futile. Tickets languished unanswered, leaving me stranded in a sea of frustration and unanswered questions. A Free Trial Turned Nightmare Even the free trial period, which should have been an opportunity to showcase their capabilities, turned into a disheartening experience. The mentorship add-on, which I had activated with high hopes, proved to be an utter disappointment. Mentors were unresponsive, their expertise seemingly nonexistent, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported. A Recommendation to Steer Clear Based on my firsthand experience, I strongly advise against considering autods.com unless you have an abundance of time to waste and a penchant for dealing with frustration. Their abysmal customer support, coupled with their failure to deliver on their promises, makes them a liability rather than an asset.

Update: I spoke again to FedEx and they reconfirmed that the tracking # provided by AutoDS was not associated with the shipment from my order. FedEx did ask me to have a representative from AutoDS call FedEx directly so FedEx can verify with AutoDS that in fact the tracking # and shipment was not under my name and that it was not delivered to the address on the order. Instead of just telling me it was delivered, all AutoDS has to do to help resolve the issue is to hear for themselves directly from FedEx. Then AutoDS can get with the supplier and figure out what is going on. I am now waiting to see if and when AutoDS do what is right and call FedEx to speak with a representative. I have already spent 3 days trying to resolve where my order was shipped. While the responses from AutoDS staff want to be helpful, and they are pleasant, there seems to be difficulty in actually doing anything to resolve the issue. A fulfillment disaster! Two test orders were shipped to people and addresses unknown. All AutoDS does is respond stating the delivery was confirmed and sent to correct address, yet the shipping confirmation they provide includes an order # that is entirely different from the order number on both my shop and AutoDS dashboard. According to FedEx, the tracking number provided by AutoDS is associated with someone else's name and address, and none of my information is on the shipping label under the tracking number. FedEx does not have any record of my name or address being associated with the tracking number. Somewhere there is a disconnect in matching the tracking # to the correct order and order number. This has happened twice now on the same product being fulfilled by AutoDS. How is it that there are two completely different order numbers? The order number on the AutoDS delivery confirmation sent to me, is not the order number on my AutoDS dashboard, even when removing my store's prefix.

getting billed $248 before my free trial was even 2 days in is ridiculous. please cancel that bill as i have already tried to many times. it hasnt gone through yet because i dont even have $248 in my bank. im really stressed out over this and im looking for help. please email me [email protected]
