Absolutely appalling service from Rizza Jean from Auto DS. Tried convincing me to upgrade to a plan to use their AI store generator, speaking nicely and all smiley faces. Then i upgraded my plan and they give me a US version of the entire shopify store setting. Unable to change back to Australian setting and can't add my bank details. Bought this up to them and they said nah sorry can't help you not our department. Absolutely not a care on their part and the nice talk and smiley faces were gone.

I am exploring e-commerce and testing various platforms. Currently, I am using Shopify on a trial basis. To get a complete experience, I installed some ADS apps on the platform. However, even without any orders in my store, I am being charged over 300 dollars. When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that although the charges come from them, I need to check with the app developers and request a resolution for the incorrect charges. This raises a very serious issue: isn't the platform integrated with development and billing? Can't they verify if the account is actually active or if there are any orders?

I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan instead of monthly plan. After the payment went through I realized. I wanted to delete my account after 1,5 months of having it because its not working in my country (Switzerland). I contacted the customer support twice but without success. I was not able to get any money refunded for the remaining months. Long story short, I had the account for 1,5/2 months and had to pay the full yearly subscription for 248.70$. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely terrible service. Please stay far away from this platform. We are switching to Zendrop because we've heard much better things. Here are the problems we've encountered: 1. Our store has disconnected from the platform multiple times. Customer Service was super unhelpful. 2. Orders supposedly automatically placed by AutoDS, however, it kept having errors, and we received 0 notification about it. Customers placed orders and the AutoDS system failed to fulfil those orders despite us adding a $500 managed balance. For some odd reason we had 0 auto order credits. Which makes zero sense. What's the point of adding a $500 managed balance when that results in 0 auto order credits? I don't understand. 3. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY NEVER OFFER SOLUTIONS. THEY'VE NEVER ONCE SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS OF OURS. Stay far away from this platform. How it has a 4.9 star overall rating is beyond me.

My experience with AutoDS has been overwhelmingly negative due to a variety of issues related to cost, hidden fees, and poor customer support. Cost Issues: High Subscription Costs: The platform requires users to pay substantial monthly or yearly subscription fees. Even with these payments, many essential features remain locked behind additional paywalls. Additional Charges: Key features like AI rewrites of product descriptions and automatic order fulfillment require purchasing additional tokens. This makes the overall cost of using AutoDS significantly higher than initially expected. Managed Balance Requirements: Users must maintain a managed balance to cover each order. In my case, I was charged over ten times the cost of a product due to various hidden fees. These fees are mentioned in the agreement but are buried deep, making them easy to overlook until it’s too late. Customer Support: Automated and Unhelpful: The customer support chat is primarily AI-driven, directing users to submit tickets without providing meaningful assistance. When I sought clarification about the overcharge, the response was dismissive, citing "taxes and fees" without providing a detailed breakdown. Non-Refundable Balances: None of the balances on the platform are refundable, turning it into a money pit with so many hidden costs and fees that maintaining competitive pricing is nearly impossible unless you sell at a loss. Conclusion: Due to the combination of high costs, hidden fees, and inadequate customer support, I cannot recommend AutoDS to anyone. It has proven to be an unsustainable and frustrating experience.

Will suck your money away with shady business practices. Their platform does the BARE minimum and tries to charge you money every step of the way. If you have a problem that will take a month to resolve, you aren't able to remove your card and you can't cancel your membership, You can only "pause" your account until your next bill (which isn't really pausing) If you have any problems with this site and want it to be resolved without paying for next months bill, then you are completely out of luck and they will charge you. Their support is slow and not helpful, Their platform nickle and dimes you every chance it gets, it's predatory towards new business owners, Their automated system costs an extra monthly fee ON TOP of AI Credit points and Automated points that cost money as well for it to even function. To pay for the items someone buys, you have to deposit money into the website in rounded up intervals like it's Fortnite or something. This whole site is a sad sad excuse. Please do not use it, I went through the headache for you please just trust me on this and use a free site and manually do it yourself, it's not worth a second of your time.

I feel like you guys are bunch of scammers with a lot of influencer marketing to promote. Worst fulfillment company i have ever dealt with. Free platforms like DSers and CJ dropshippers do a much better job than these scammers. Stay away.

I would give -5 if I could. I was charged $248 in advance for a service I never used and don't want to use. I cancelled, uninstalled your app, but you guys still want to keep my money. That is a very devious and dishonest way to do business. I will certainly report this to BBB and other entities.

Update 2 July 2024: reported issue 2 weeks ago and have not received any real response to my issue. Not what the issue is or when it will be resolved. Today I was informed they can't re-generate the issue because the product used to report the issue was deleted on the 23rd June. Ignoring the fact that 5 products have been added with the exact same problem. Customer service team is friendly, but the quality and speed of resolving the issue is non exiting. 22 June 2024: The online customer service have been very helpful in assisting me with my issue (reported 18th June). It is not resolved yet, so I have been unable to test AutoDS completely, but 5-stars to the support team.

I am so disapointed. After looking at the product description and what it can deliver i found it to be not as clear cut. I opted for the Starter Plan 500 - allowing access to all the great tools of automation and AI etc. I discovered quickly it was not easy to use. I had several chats with Agents and they mainly provided links - no clear approach which other Apps have. I am completly redoing my store, removing products and adding new ones. Auto DS pulled all sorts of old product over. I asked how to delete and resynched to get what was on my store. I had had to remap them. Some pulled easily and other did not. Meaning I had to select each variant before it would move to products. Today I had my first order through on Auto DS - I have only 17 products loaded now and another similar amount in drafts for me to work on. The product sold I did not map as the mapping names were long and i could not see all in the drop down. I pulled this across as new product and then got an error that I was over my allocation. The plan is 500 products so how can that be. I only have 17 products loaded. The agent told me yes you are over you have 500 variants. Sorry Products do not equal variants. If with 17 products already more than 15 variants -many of my products have multiple variants. He said you need to upgrade to the next level. Already it is not cheap. I said that is deceptive as clearly says 500 products. No other App has sold that way. I would need to go way into a highetr level paying hundreds of dollars a month. I set up Automation as I thought this would save me time, only to find the first order rejected as insufficient funds. What, I have a good account - but this was not with the supplier, but this automation needed paid credits on top. I clicked and it was asking for $79 for another set of credits. I am truely amazed - it looks a great product but these levels of costs would only be for big players, i would lose money if I stayed using Auto DS with my products and variants. I am sorry but I think this is deceptive pricing.

Stay away!! A company of thieves! I signed up for their service using a promo code that gives 3 months free. After 3 weeks I was billed for the whole year on the grounds that when registering for an annual program the coupon code does not work. Ok, I canceled the subscription and asked for the money back for the whole year. Since then, I have been trying to get my money back, but instead I encountered a lack of human response and automated emails that I would not receive the money. A company that works fraudulently to make money. I recommend staying away from them. They need to be kicked from Shopify, they don't even deserve one star.

Probably one of the worst apps out there on the market. Their customer service is horrible and give you generic responses. I would recommend 100+ apps over this trash app. Take your $$$ elsewhere, these people are unethical and do not deserve a single penny.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, das ist nicht der Standard, den ich von Shopify Apps kenne! Mir wurde heute ein Jahres Abo berechnet nach der Testzeit direkt das ist nicht korrekt. Ich hatte nicht die Möglichkeit ein richtiges Abo auszuwählen. Dies hätte ich auch nicht getan, denn der Kundenservice war nie erreichbar. Auch der angebliche Live Chat war immer außer Betrieb. Außerdem haben die Funktion der App nicht das getan, was versprochen wurde, weshalb ich alles manuell machen musste. Ich rate dringend davon ab diese App zu installieren. Ihr werdet nur ein Haufen Kosten haben und keine Leistungen Ich hoffe ich bekomme das Geld zurück erstattet 235 €. Für nichts sind etwas viel.

Be careful with the installation, they don't respect the trial period and immediately start charging and even trying to cancel it, there is no way to stop and what's more, I haven't even used any service from this application. Simply abominable

I bought a Auto DS Shopify Plan Import 200 for 200 products. However, I only import 18 listing and I can't import more. Turn out, they limit this plan to only 200 variants, not 200 listing. Everything this company mentioned are "Products" and "Listing" on their website. However, It was totally confusing because it was not correct as what they described. https://help.autods.com/account-billing/autods-subscription-plans "For example, you chose the starter 400 plan, so the maximum number of listings you can import to your store is 400, until you will upgrade your plan."

Horrible Experience with AutoDS - BEWARE! I thought the AutoDS app sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately, it was. Here's how they stole my money and ruined my business: After using the app for just a few days, they blocked my account for no reason right after I received my first order. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and all I got were generic responses that didn’t address my questions. They couldn't tell me why my account was blocked, where my money was, or how to get a refund for the hundreds of dollars they took from my account without my consent. I invested many hours finding products to list in my store, gathering reviews, and preparing everything for success. When I finally made my first sale, they couldn't even fulfill it because the address was a PO Box. Then, they blocked my account and didn't refund the $789.63 they stole from me. I usually don't post reviews, especially negative ones, unless something is really bad. But this company has compelled me to warn fellow dropshippers. AutoDS will steal your money. It's just not fair. I am willing to update this review if they refund my $789.63, but until then, consider yourself warned.
