The app offers a 14-day trial which is not 14-days but 13-days before they actually charge you a full subscription. They do not make it easy to cancel as support is on the other side of the world. The one star is because of the trial not being honored and the support being what it is. While the app is complex and has a lot of capability, the trial is not long enough to explore its full capabilities. If it meets your needs, great. It didn't meet mine.

I cancelled free trail and uninstalled the app because of some reason. But I got a mail from Johnny[From AutoDS] that my free trial will be end after 2 days after that I will be charged! I do not get the hell of this! I sent some mail about this at their support email. But they did not reply! Do not even think about install this app

WARNING! AutoDS is a SCAM. It doesn't work. If you ask for a refund for the trial they put you through many departments saying this is the wrong department and there is too many tickets open we'll have to close this ticket game. They refuse to give full refunds. Be warned it is a SCAM!

SCAMMERS! Do NOT buy anything from them! This is a disgusting app and service! I signed up for a trial in April, and already canceled my subscription and removed the app from Shopify in May. Now in July they charged me for a whole year — €328.56! I contacted support, they had nothing to say and just shrugged it off. They agreed to refund only €279.28, claiming it’s some kind of third-party fee. Can you believe that? They messed up, and now I’m supposed to pay for their mistake! It’s outrageous! Horrible service! I will take this all the way to the end!

Cuidado!! estoy aprendiendo a hacer una tienda en linea y a la semana me hicieron un cargo por $250 Dlls, no hay forma que me respondan, ni he entendido como entrar a ver los productos y es un abuso que sin avisar se haya hecho un cargo, realmente estaba interesada en utilizar esta app, pero es un robo que a alguien que no sabe como utilizarlo y ni ha entrado a usarla se haya robado esa cantidad de dinero. Cuidado!! porque aun dice que el limite es $10,000 Dlls, es una gran estafa y pésimo servicio, aún nadie me ha repondido mi mensaje.

AutoDS! Pffft! More like ManualDS on their BS! I’ve been using AutoDS for my Shopify, and I’m beyond frustrated with the recent forced changes to how product listings are handled. Previously, SKU and location fields were managed automatically — which is exactly why I used AutoDS: to save time and avoid manual data entry. Now, after their recent updates, I’m being told I have to manually input SKU/UPC data and select locations for every single variant. I have over 100 products with multiple variants — this turns what should be an automated system into a full-time job. AutoDS’s email (which felt like a copy-paste response) claims this is due to “platform compliance,” yet gives no tools to fix it at scale. No batch-editing tools. No bulk sync option. No override to apply defaults. Just a vague “you can enter SKUs manually.” That’s not automation — that’s outsourcing work back to the seller. You are back to the stone ages and I don’t think you guys ever wanted my business. No problem, you won’t get it so you might as well cancel the account. If I wanted to manage all this manually, I wouldn’t be paying for an automation platform. And if AutoDS can’t provide bulk editing tools or proper syncing with Shopify, sellers like me are stuck cleaning up a mess that shouldn’t exist. Do you know how tedious it is to type over 100 unique SKU's and then link it back?? You're joking!

I was scammed! do not recommend when you go in they show you there is a free trial,Then charge you right away a very high payment of 250$ without consent and once you ask for help there is no response since it was done on purpose, do not fall for it!

This app is a scam, they stole 2 months of charges, when you try to cancel they lead you to modify a plan for cero charge and then the charge appears on your bank account. Thieves!! I don't recommend to anyone, don't even download it, then you have no option to cancel it until the charge appears.

They are abusive, "took $88 CAD from me for 15% refund policies" of my money, took it without authorization from my credit card, did not respect the trial time, overlooked the misleading advertising they provide. Who regulates this infamous arbitrariness? Beware of this modus operandi.

Awful Company, Auful app! First, when an test order was placed, I discovered that I was charged for the product sold much more than what I could see in the app. Support is just decorative. I provided their support team with screenshots for proof. A month later, after a dozen of emails, and after my case is sent from one of their "experts" to the "other" and they are still checking on it with their developers, telling me that it might be a bug or something & that I have to wait and be patient and understanding. Meanwhile, they can't even answer if the price I see in their admin is actually the price I buy. Still, they haven't even returned my money they used for a non existing order. STAY AWAY!!!

If I could leave a lower star rating I would...I lost $247 and change due to this app. I was charged this amount because of their 'usage fee'. I have barely used this app, and that is a generous depiction. After installing it a week or so ago I browsed around the app and eventually uninstalled it later that day. Yesterday I installed it again to attempted to use the 'Trending Products' page, I was unsuccessful due to the fact you need a payment plan to access it, now this morning I am charged for almost $250. Here is the fine print below: AutoDS: Dropshipping and POD (Uninstalled) 1 Usage fee $247.71 I am very upset with my experience and the expensive charges made that were not clearly presented. I would greatly appreciate a refund or any grace resulting in a decreased charge to my account please.

I used the app for about 5 min. They couldn't provide shipping times and prices and asked me to speak to the supplier (in my case aliexpress). So i uninstalled and moved to another supplier. Ever since every month Autods is charging me for the plan i selected even though the app is uninstalled... Ive sent multiple emails to them to which they dont reply. I unsubscribed from their emails and they keep bombarding me with promos. Really bad app , I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

This is the worst app for dropshipping, I have so many negative things to say about autods, I really don't know where to start. I was using this app 2 years ago and I left them with disappointment, I thought these guys would have updated with time but I was completely wrong, they are still the same. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE GORUS ON YOUTUBE THEY MAKE MONEY WHEN YOU USE THEIR LINK. Autods pays them. First of all, I linked a product from aliExpress and then when I got orders from the customers autods kept on giving me an error I contacted their customer services team they said someone will reach out via email and their excuse was that the supplier doesn't have varients in stock, emails was going back and forth for 2-3 business days and I had the same issue, didn't solve my problem. Second of all, they won't even let you change your product name lol, in order to change your product name you have to subscribe to their $40 USD plan not the basic one. who does that. thridly, they asked me to use their own autods supplier when I sourced the product it was the complete opposite product, then I told them to remove the sourcing they said you can't because you have to change your monthly plan lol. I initially loaded $50 USD to my balance and when they couldn't help me out I asked for a refund and instead of sending me the full $50 USD, they refunded me $40 lol. I was so frustrated then I went to CJ and DSers in which they helped me fulfill my order.

AutoDS Discretion: AutoDS may approve refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is entirely at their discretion. Fees: Even if a refund is granted at their discretion, they can deduct up to 15% in fees, plus any fees charged by the payment processor. Cancellation: You can cancel future payments by terminating your user account. This stops future charges but doesn't guarantee a refund for past payments. Chargebacks Waived: By registering, you've agreed not to request a chargeback from your credit card company. If you do, they expect you to contact them first to resolve the issue. If they find your request justified, you may be entitled to a refund as legally required. Third-Party Purchases: AutoDS is not responsible for refunds on products purchased from third parties through their platform. Those are subject to the third party's policies. Contact AutoDS Directly: Explain your situation clearly and politely. Provide any relevant information to support your request. Asked to resource product, they give me a link of high price resource that I wasn't able to make profit. I add $52 fund in my wallet to process orders. When I closed my account they refund $42 while they got their fee by Shopify Bill.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. When I first installed the app it never worked as advertised and none of the items could actually be successfully purchased from my store. I then deactivated my account and the month after was charged a "usage" charge .. on a deactivated account. I then contacted support to request a refund as I don't know how there would be any usage on an inactive account and they denied the refund request and said that I said my account was deleted (I didn't, I said it was cancelled IE. Inactive) and they recommended I deactivate my account to ensure I do not get invoiced anything further. Even though my account is already inactive... Horrible customer service and obvious billing issues on their system, charging inactive accounts for usage charges.
