My subscription was automatically withdrawn by $250 without any notice. And even though it's available in China, it's actually not compatible with the market, and I've just repeatedly told them to wait for 15 days, and they've just replied that they'll give me a free month. What's the point of using it for a free month when it's unavailable?

terrible, signed up for the free trial without any subscription, then without any warning I get charged 250 USD,

I specifically added this app following a recent youtube video which states that you can use the app to DS from Temu. Yet when I contacted support they advised me Temu isnt supported. You have misrepresented me and I demand a refund accordingly.

used the app for 10 minutes they charged me $358 althjough i unistalled it as its not compatible with my goal

Over priced

The app has 3 tiers with each having 14 day trials, I went to the higher tier within my 14 day trial and AutoDS decided to get rid of my 14 day trial and started to bill me for the full cost. No where in the app does it say that if you upgrade during your trial you will forfeit your trial especially when there's a 14 day trial on all the tiers. Respectfully I should have been allowed to continue my 14 day trial. I shouldn't be charged for anything within the 14 day trial period. Not Happy at all

BEWARE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP BIGGEST SCAM i downloaded the app to check it out and a month later they charged me 280$ and i havent even used the app i did not appove the charge and now have to chargeback and fight it out with the bank customer service was garbage i rarely write reviews for anything but this warranted a horrible review and anybody looking to work with them i highly reccomend you do your research first and would definantly reccomend against anyone working with them DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was charged for two sales $387 without even using the app or selling a single product. Absolutely junk app

Paid $150 for Phantom Inventory: Every product I brought in via AutoDS went out of stock shortly after import, even though the original listing remained in stock. After a month ($150), I had nothing but disabled listings and customer frustration. Maybe it’s a syncing issue, but either way it wasn’t workable for me.

I cannot even get the products to show up as not sold out. I redesigned my store to fit the products and now i have a store full of sold out items.

absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it. rubbish

per me non sono seri , o avuto e o ancora , problemi con il abbonamento, o usato un altro account ma con lo stesso mio STORE , e li o chiesto di convertire l'abbonamento sul ultimo account, e fanno finta tonti , o prove con i pagamenti, nulla da fare, o dovuto fare un altro mensilmente, sempre con il pensiero che magari reccupero i soldi , buiooooo totale , insomma totale sono 500 euro, non ancora recuperati. ti mandano sti video tutorial e cosi via , e continuano ad avere problemi con loro prodotto , li inserisco nel store , controllando la disponibilita , continua a risultare esaurito, quindi fai figura di merda con i clienti. mi devo cercare un avocato , questi non so cosa stanno combinando.
