We LOVE the Artistry app!!!! it has the BEST customer service ever and is super user friendly! makes beautiful forms that function great and are easy for owner and customer to understand! CANNOT say enough AWESOME things about it, not blowing smoke, all true!

Very poor support. Tried to reach out to them several times via phone and email, reinstalled the tool but it's still not working.

It's a great app with tremendous potential! Once you understand the workflow, it is relatively easy to build a good looking product builder. But the options within the app are still limited, and the website implementation on shopify sites is rather clunky. BUT IT WORKS! I know that writing in all caps is taboo (ref Bob's Burgers-Burger Bob), but THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!!! I have used so many product customizers from Wordpress to PrestaCart to Magento. This is the best one hands down. The admin UX is simple and clean; the font end UX is grandmother friendly! It is worth every penny!!!
