I have been using it since it was first launched. There were many problems at the beginning, but now their functions are becoming more and more complete, and there are fewer and fewer bugs. It can already meet most of the needs. I have tried many app makers, and this one is the best.

The foundation of the Apptile platform is far more advanced than any of the other platforms. They have integrated with the best vendors for their services such as Live Selling and have a completely customizable app that suits the needs of our business model. What I really adore the most is they are always looking to do better and listen to their customers so they can produce impactful features that will help our business grow as much as possible. The Apptile team cares about their customers and work to address bugs and issues as they present themselves just like any application will have. If you want a product that is going to keep evolving with the latest technology trends, then Apptile is the right place to invest your money. AI is moving fast, and Apptile has made that their passion. I would encourage everyone trust Apptile for the long haul investment.

Once your app is built, their support is almost non-existent. I requested them to transfer the app to my own console — for 4 days they kept saying “our team is working on it.” After multiple follow-ups, they suddenly said it will take 2 weeks and then just closed the chat! The service is extremely slow and unprofessional. If you have anything urgent, forget about getting help. Do not use their app!

We choose apptile because they were able to do wholesale pricing that was a must for our app. They did well enough that we plan on sticking with them for now but there has been a lot of bumps along the way with the app not working as it should. Most of these issues have been fixed but there are still things that don't work like having a call button on certain pages that they said was possible but wasn't. Now any new products that we put on our Shopify site aren't updating to the app like they should. They are currently working on that. I honestly was going to do 3 stars but they do seem to fix most of the issues we have had. They would have got 5 stars if these bugs would have never happened.

Avoid this app at all costs. Very limited features, no customer support, and worst of all: abusive billing even after uninstallation. I was charged over €200 for a service I didn’t use. No refund, no reply. Stay away.

The Apptile team is extremely helpful when getting everything set up. They answered my many, many questions and even scheduled a Google Meet to help me walk through some of the technical stuff. The app itself is very easy to use - plug & play. We are excited to have this app available for our customers!

Very easy to build and has a whole selection of things to make your app look amazing. When I needed assistance, the team was right there and willing to jump on a video call with me to get it fixed.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. customer service was great until I needed to cancel. my shop has been shut down for months and they would not downgrade my plan or cancel my plan without many loops and took so long to get back to me. I spoke to so many people before anything. I am still trying to cancel the app and ive still been getting charged for 3 months now with them going back and forth with me. I don't understand why they would not just cancel the app for me. Least they could do is look back at our messages and my requests and refund my $200 for 3 months. such terrible customer service. im disappointed.
