I’ve been working with Apptile for 5.5 months and my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Here are the main issues I've encountered: Poor Communication: The team is unresponsive. I’ve emailed the founder and received no reply, and there is no support through email or other channels. Service Quality: The service has been subpar, with frequent signal issues and little to no improvement despite multiple app updates promised to fix problems. Lack of Accountability: There seems to be no concern for client satisfaction or company reputation. My attempts to resolve issues have gone unanswered. Not Recommended for Small and Medium Businesses: If you’re a small or medium-sized business, I strongly advise against using this app. It feels like a funding-based game rather than a service-oriented company. Documentation of Communication: I have all emails and WhatsApp communications to back up my claims. With 15 years in tech, I can confidently say that this company has not met my expectations. If you value responsiveness and quality, look elsewhere.
