I had a very quick response when I first reached out. I had knowledgeable help with all my questions and soon enough my membership was all ready to go. As a person knew to setting up systems within my shopify store I had a lot of questions each one was answered with clarity, patience and kindness.

Great experience so far although we are a week away from going live. One thing I am struggling with is the complexity of customising emails as I am not experienced with HTML which is required for customising emails in the Klaviyo integration.

Integration works flawlessly with my store. Whenever I needed help the chat system is always hot so there's always someone to talk to and address any issues.

My business is almost a year old and recently I moved over from Squarespace to Shopify. Appstle Memberships & Loyalty have been really great products and have a lot of features that I can use on the plans I have. I'm also very active on the backend of frontend of the Appstle products and I really enjoy seeing it all come together and being used by our puzzlers. I also am grateful of the YT videos to help and the support staff which are always willing to help on any aspect.
