This app is fantastic! It allows you to add value for your customers with just one click. It’s easy to set up and offers a wide range of design options. The only downside is the translation feature when managing a bilingual website—but there are other apps available to help with that. Support is also excellent—efficient, responsive, and always ready with a solution.

This app came recommended by a fellow retail entrepeneur. I shifted from Lightspeed/TouchBistro (DON'T EVER SIGN ON WITH THEM) and Square so I figured I would have some challenges migrating my customer base and their points. Switching to Shopify has felt super scary, but finding a team of experts who could assist me in the migration is the only thing that made it work for me. Hands down the BEST customer service from any app on Shopify! Honestly, it is shocking how good it is. This is my 3rd store using their apps and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, I can ask for help and someone is there within minutes and stays with me until all of my questions are answered. They will even help on the back end if I am confused or can't find the spot to fix what I need. I will use their apps for anything I can from here on out because I am so impressed!
