We just switched from Smile to Appstle and our experience has been wonderful. There are many more features available at the lower plans and the cost is affordable for small business. It is very customizable so we can maintain brand consistency. We are excited to start using this program with our customers!

Their support is outstanding—I contacted them on a Saturday night, and they responded immediately, helping me resolve an issue that was actually caused by our store, not the app. The app includes all the essential tools to manage a loyalty program effectively. Highly recommended, no need to look for alternatives!

This app is great. I've only just started using it on my site however I have used other Appstle apps for the last few years and I've never really had any issues with them. For that reason I feel confident that this app will be another wonderful addition to our site. In the rare occasion that I do encounter a problem the customer service team is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have a simple question or need help navigating the app their team is more helpful then you can imagine. I would and HAVE told other business owners know about this app and would recommend others to try it as well.
