But the biggest highlight is definitely the customer support. It’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever encountered — extremely fast responses and helpful with absolutely any issue, even the more complex ones. You can tell they truly care about their users. Update Does not work correctly . I have try to preview the Approve page and it does not work keeping giving a 404 error page. Update. The app is a good idea but it need fine tuning. I have clients that keep telling me that the approve tool when they click on it does not work and brings them to a 404 page. The developer for this app has great pass work on status pro and i believe in time they will work out any issues with the approvepro app but at this moment it needs more work personally my opinion. The support staff has been helpful fixing any issues so far.

This app is incredibly useful and has a beautiful UX that blends seamlessly within Shopify. Our company manufactures custom products and needs to share diagrams with customers for approval. We've been looking for a robust approval management system and this app is the best solution I've found. Out of the box, it satisfies pretty much every requirement we have and does away with all of the issues we've been facing with sending file attachments to customers via email. It's been really thoughtfully designed and has a dedicated dashboard for designers to login and manage jobs without the need to access Shopify — really perfect for our growing design team, most of whom work remotely. It's very unfortunate that, at the time of writing, the only other review on this app is a 1-star rating. Personally I have nothing but good things to say about it. I'd also point to this developers other app, StatusPro, if you're in any doubt as to their credentials.
