We recently upgraded to Shopify 2.0. With this upgrade, we had to remove our older Pack Builder (Bundle Builder) and build something from scratch that functioned similarly to our previous design to prevent any customer confusion. After trying one or two other apps with no success, we found SupaEasy, and it met all of our functionality requirements. Our logic is on the more complex side, so there have been a few obstacles. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, Andrea has been available immediately and takes the time to explain why the problem occurred. I even spoke with him at the airport while waiting to board a flight. I told him I’d get in touch once I was at my gate, he responded right away, and the issue was resolved before I boarded.
