He also went above and beyond to help me setup areas in my store that I was not aware that needed to be updated. I was appreciative that he was not in a rush during the entire process. I just installed this App 1 hour ago to create an easier process for our workshops. Since we are actually selling workshops as "products" on Shopify, I was searching for a better solution for myself, my colleagues and most importantly for my customers. I've read all the positive ratings and decided to give it a try... AND I'M SHOCKED! By mistake I did click on the "Get started with support"-button and I do not regret it. Ich hab nach einer App gesucht, die keine Produktbezogenen Terminbuchungen macht, sondern einfach normale Beratungstermine. Das Setup war leicht verständlich und es funktioniert toll. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt geht an den Kundensupport. Kavishan hat mir sofort geantwortet, ist mit mir alle offenen Punkte durchgegangen und hat mir überall weitergeholfen und alles umgesetzt.
