Sam patiently guided me. Third app we have tried, this is by far the easiest one to use once you get the hang of it. Straight forward. Very happy. Yes, it's a keeper.

I've only just installed this app today and I am so happy with it already. I spent hours trying to figure out how to set up another booking app but couldn't get it to work. Out of frustration I decided to look for a new app and I came across Apntly. The reviews sounded great so I decided to install it. Within minutes Sam helped me set it up just how I needed, no double booking errors in sight! It is a very streamlined app and easy to navigate. I honestly can't thank Sam enough, he is super responsive and friendly.

I am new to store ownership as well as shopify. The Apntly app was recommended to me from the previous store owner and it works exactly how we need it to. We have multiple team members with various hours for walk-ins and also scheduled classes and workshops. Apntly allows us to adjust all these details in a way that is aesthetically pleasing on our website and easy to use. I have had 2 questions and each time they were immediately replied to.

Great experience. When I reached out on chat to ask a question I’ve been trying to figure out for weeks I requested AI to allow me to speak with a live person and they were able to call me on google talk! I really value verbal communication with these apps for business bc we do not always understand through chat/email! Awesome service

The app was exactly what I wanted, it allowed for POS through shopify, to get customers emails to send a notification about the booking, it integrates beautifully with the website, it is customisable in colour, fair pricing and great/fast communication with the developer to help me with what I needed changing. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm enjoying this app. The integration has been seamless. It is simple to navigate. I like that you are able to connect it to Google calendar. Definitely recommend upgrade if you offer more than one service or have multiple team members. The upgrade $ is reasonable. Great customer service. So thankful I found this app! Today I've tried 6 different apps, deleting each one after they just didn't do what I needed them to. So frustrating! But I've found what I need in Appntly! Firstly, I love it when there is a real person to talk to when setting up the app. I was blown away by the quick responses and the way they have explained things clearly and simply. Made for a quick and easy setup! Also, this app costs less than most others I've looked at but has more features which is perfect for my small business! It is super flexible with booking team members with different availability, events on particular dates and group function booking. None of the other apps I looked at had all of this, so I'm sold!
