⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Fantastic, Easy-to-Use App with Excellent Customer Support!” I’m new to Shopify, and setting up Appntly was incredibly easy and straightforward. Booking appointments on Shopify can be tricky, and finding an affordable, reliable solution is even tougher. Appntly has made it hassle-free to get started, with a great range of features that suit both newcomers and seasoned store owners. The standout, though, is the customer service. Sam is wonderful—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and you'd never guess they're managing everything solo. I reached out through chat on a Sunday evening and got an immediate, helpful response (definitely not a bot!), which was impressive and much appreciated. While I haven't tried the upgraded options yet, they look well-priced and like they’d be great value. I’m eager to explore them as my business grows. Even though my store isn’t live yet, I’m really satisfied with Appntly’s performance and service. I’ll definitely be back to update once I have more experience, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I must say I am impressed. I was able to schedule a meeting with the staff and they were on time and helpful. Furthermore, after the meeting, I still had some questions on setting up the calendar so I chatted. Not only they responded to the chat box in a timely manner but they guided me every step of the way on how to set up my calendar the way I needed it set up. Further more, before the chat was done, they confirmed everything was done and working properly. I greatly appreciate them for their guidance and patience with me.

I have been using Apntly for 7 months to give visitors the options to book service appointments directly from the website. The app works great, it gives schedule options based on the settings that I determined and captures payment in a seamless process. The developers are super responsive and provided me with immediate service each time I requested support allowing me to be live with new products in no time. Highly recommend the app and developers.

UNFORTUNATELY, this app lacks where most other apps help. I don’t understand why there are so many 5 star reviews, other than the owner BEGGING people to post reviews after using it for one day. I was unable to copy all integrations into multiple services, you can only add one service at a time, you don’t really get a lot of statistics (how many people viewed the calendar, etc.), there were bugs in the timing, and I had to set up MULTIPLE team profiles in order to make my schedule WORK FOR ME! (I’m a one man band, too!) What I did like? I did appreciate the style and the layout on my site in general, though there wasn’t really a difference in “color” selection that I HAD TRIED TO SELECT! It was a bit of an annoyance, as it didn’t match my site and stuck out like a sore thumb…. So, still a negative in the positive.

Setting up the app is very intuitive and quick. All the important functions are included. Particularly noteworthy is the first-class support, which answered and resolved all questions in a very short time.
