It gives you the option to integrate it with other apps, send reminder messages, and even select different team members to provide the service. Honestly, it's a 10 out of 10! On top of that, customer service is super fast, and they don't give up until they resolve your query. Extremely satisfied!

Learning curve is not as hard as I thought as I have no prior experience. Grateful for the chat because it is with a live support representative who has followed up with an email to make sure I am happy with the progress and have any further needs.
