The support team is unreal. They were very friendly and helped me fixed an issue with our website that we were not able to sort out. We have also seen a significant increase in sales through Upsell.

Everything works as it should! If you need any help with customization the support is there to help. We had a lot of requests and they met them all. Can't recommend this app (and the support team behind it) enough!

We've been using the app for just over a month and the experience has been extremely positive thus far. Our onboarding specialist, Sadie, was extraordinarily helpful in getting us set up for success. She hopped on multiple calls with us to ensure we were incorporating best practices. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive post onboarding. We reached out about an issue we wanted to address and within the hour, a CS specialist (Nair) responded that he was working on the issue. Another specialist (Christian) helped address the issue and it was solved before the end of that business day. Overall, very pleased with the experience thus far! Outside of exceptional customer service and support, the platform has been effective at driving additional revenue. Would recommend to any brand looking to introduce upsell capabilities!

Just installed the app, very user friendly. Needed some help modifying my theme for the app to work in a better way for us, and contacted the support team. WOW, they were extremely responsive, and quickly made some code changes to my theme to get the system to operate exactly like I wanted. More than impressed! Looking forward to working with the team for a long time. And can't wait to get some more things setup in the app to really help our upselling on our store.

Great app, I tried their application a few months ago and ended up uninstalling it as it didnt goes well. Their team advised me to give it another go, and it's been the best I've done for my store this month. I showed them what I wanted, and within a few hours everything was up and running and fitted in perfectly with my theme. Pop-up, bundle, one click-upsell, side cart everything is there. Their team is professional and very responsive. I sincerely think that if you're serious about e-commerce you should consider installing their applications, try it out and then talk to them about it. I'll now change the cart of my others store as well. What I also like is that the price is fixed, unlike other applications that charge you according to the amount you generate. In short, go for it with your eyes closed

Great app and fair pricing. Their whole support is outstanding! We needed to do o lot of changes in the code and they did so well! Now we are using the App for a couple of weeks and our AOV has already increased.
