We had high hopes for this Shopify checkout app, but unfortunately, it fell short. The interface was clunky, and key features didn’t work as expected especially with checkout upsells. Support was slow to responde and didn’t resolve our issues in a timely manner. For a tool that's supposed to improve conversions, it ended up causing more frictino than value. We ultimately had to uninstall and look for a more reliable solution.

First, app is great. Tons of customizations to make it really look natural to our brand. Second, the service was insane! I had an issue and chated with a real person immediately, he sent a loom, then we got on a video chat, all in 2 minutes, and problem solved!
