I got my account up and running with my items listed. I know that If I have any issues, I can easily used the chat to reach a customer service representative and they will help me. CedCommerce was the best decision that we ever made. We were using Sellbrite before but they cannot fix the Amazon DE address issue. CedCommerce only took a few days to rectify issue. They were also very hands-on during the after sales.

Customer service is very helpful. I did struggle syncing my Shopify products to my Amazon listing for a brief amount of time. Their customer service was outstanding and got my problem resolved. Every other app I tried to integrate Amazon and Shopify did not automatically import orders for some reason, but this one does and works great. Appreciate your help!
